We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping. Please allow 3-15 business days for delivery on in-stock merchandise for domestic distribution; please allow longer arrival estimations for international* delivery.

Some products are available for pre-orders, shipping times would apply after the product becomes available.

USA (FIRST CLASS): Usually takes 5-7 days after it has shipped.
USA (PRIORITY): Usually takes 2-3 days after it has shipped.

CANADA: Estimated 1 week in Summer, 2 weeks in Winter.
EUROPE & AUSTRALIA: Estimated 2-3 weeks.
SOUTH AMERICA & AFRICA: Estimated 3-4 weeks. It helps to visit your post office after 2 weeks to let them know you are waiting for it.
***Keep an eye out for a notice from your post asking you to pick it up. Your country may or may not be asking you to pay an import tax. If it doesn't arrive in 3 weeks, you should head to the post office to see if it is there, the notice may have been lost.

  • Refunds are not available after an order has been shipped.
  • Exchanges are allowed on t-shirts and outerwear only if the item is returned within 30 days in the condition it was received.
  • If an item is received damaged or defective or an incorrect item is sent, after proof of damage the exchange will be made with no S&H costs to the customer. Email customer service with your order number:
  • Items that have been delivered, according to the tracking number, will not be resent.

On your email receipt, click on the link to check your status. DO NOT login with your username. DO enter your billing email and zip code. Your order and status will appear.
